We guide students through educational programs, housing arrangements, and settlement services while providing exceptional support throughout their journey.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Administrative & Student Services Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients to support student enrollments and accommodation bookings.
- Assist with sales activities, including program recommendations, housing options, and customer onboarding.
- Manage administrative records, spreadsheets, contracts, and student/client documentation.
- Coordinate student housing operations, including inquiries, tenant communication, and move-in/move-out logistics.
- Maintain CRM and database accuracy by updating client, student, and tenant information.
- Support social media and promotional activities, including basic content coordination and lead engagement.
- Handle customer service issues professionally while ensuring an excellent client and tenant experience.
- Coordinate with schools, partners, and service providers when required.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and client collections when necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working with technology and digital tools.
- Experience using:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Social media platforms
- CRM systems (preferred)
