We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to join our engineering team as a founding member.
This role plays a key part in shaping the architectural groundwork and driving forward the development of our product, all while adopting the company framework to nurture a culture centered on teamwork, quick iteration, and user-focused design.
Responsibilities

Adopt and apply development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to enable fast, dependable, and efficient software releases

Spearhead the build-out of a universal Flutter application, prioritizing scalability, performance, and security across web, mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms

Build and oversee a microservices architecture hosted on the Google Cloud Platform, streamlining interservice communication through REST and event-based messaging

Develop backend services using the SpringBoot framework and Java, with an emphasis on clean, test-driven, and maintainable code

Deploy Redis for caching purposes, alongside ElasticSearch and Postgres for dependable data storage and querying

Leverage Jenkins to support CI/CD processes, in line with continuous development and deployment principles

Guide the engineering team through Agile methodologies, cultivating a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement

Partner closely with product management and stakeholders to establish technical specifications, prioritize features, and shape the product's strategic direction based on user needs and business objectives
Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant software engineering experience, backed by a portfolio demonstrating successful application launches

Strong expertise in Flutter along with a solid grasp of universal application development spanning multiple platforms

Proven experience with Jenkins and a commitment to CI/CD pipeline practices

Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have

Proven track record leading Agile teams and applying Agile frameworks

Skilled in SpringBoot and Java for backend development work

Hands-on experience with Redis for implementing caching solutions

Familiarity with ElasticSearch for handling search functions and data queries

Experience working with Postgres for reliable and structured data storage

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and the Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of REST and event-based messaging to support efficient communication between services
