To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Medical Service Specialist located in Guadalajara, North.
The Medical Service Specialist will report to the Clinic Doctor; and will be responsible for providing administrative support at medical practices within the company and updating medical records.
What a typical day looks like:

Coordinate, respond to, and report medical emergencies and general illness cases within the site.

Arrange medical review, screening, or any other medical services
-
Monitor, analyze, and report monthly medical and occupational health KPIs.

Conduct, document, follow up, and close cafeteria health and hygiene audits.
-
Manage, control, and ensure appropriate inventory levels of medical supplies and medications.
-
Maintain and control documentation related to the Occupational Health Management System.

Coordinate, execute, track, and close medical examinations, including pre-employment, POE, periodic, job change, presumptive, first aid, and other medical evaluations.

Manage and follow up on activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Occupational Health System.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Medical Degree or relevant working experience

MBA in occupational health is preferable but not required
-
Knowledge of occupational health
-
Leadership experience is preferable but not required
-
Manufacturing industry experience is preferable but not required

Flexible working hours availability

Good communication skills

Coordinate, respond to, and report medical emergencies and general illness cases within the site.

Support and manage internal and external audits related to medical services and occupational health.

Administer and supervise assigned medical services personnel.

Execute and support corporate and site-level health promotion and prevention campaigns

Monitor, analyze, and report monthly medical and occupational health KPIs.

Coordinate, execute, track, and close medical examinations, including pre-employment, POE, periodic, job change, presumptive, first aid, and other medical evaluations.

Strict adherence to all safety protocols and requirements specified in the work instructions, trainings, and any posted signs in the area.
