We are looking for a Data Analyst – Product Delivery.
As a Data Analyst Product Delivery at Johnson Controls, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making across multiple data products. Leveraging your analytical skills and expertise in data management, you will transform complex data into clear insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams across the globe to enhance data availability, quality, and insight generation, and you will take end-to-end ownership of analytics deliverables spanning multiple products and stakeholder groups.
Data Collection and Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of data from various databases and sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for analysis across multiple products.
Multi‑Product Analytics Ownership: Lead analysis for multiple data products simultaneously, balancing priorities, defining analytical approaches, and ensuring timely delivery of insights and reporting artifacts.
Data Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques and analytical tools to explore data patterns and generate actionable insights, identifying trends, anomalies, and predictive behaviors relevant to business operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units and product teams to understand analytical needs, translate them into well-defined requirements, and provide tailored analysis aligned to strategic goals.
Business Impact Communication: Communicate the business impact of insights and changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; present findings with recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance data collection processes, improve data quality, and implement best practices in data management and analytics.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Mentoring and Standards: Provide guidance to analysts on analytical best practices, reusable approaches, and documentation standards to improve overall team consistency and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related domain, with a track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes.
Experience supporting and managing analytics across multiple products or workstreams in parallel (requirements intake, prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication).
