We're a U.S.-based marketing and training company helping financial professionals scale smarter. We're looking for a developer who writes real code AND uses AI as a daily accelerant. Not one or the other - both. Someone who can navigate a live codebase built by someone else and make it better, faster than a traditional dev ever could.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to and advance Jucebox's AI platform stack: RETA (advisor copilot in active Beta), JUGO (internal command center in MVP development), and SuperCoach (shared coaching intelligence module)
- Own PostgreSQL schema, migrations, and Row-Level Security across our shared Supabase foundation. Every schema change considers RETA + JUGO stakeholders and an agentic future
- Build and tune Anthropic Claude integrations: prompts for structured extraction with confidence scoring + transcript receipts, agentic tools, and batch orchestration (Opus planner + Sonnet sub-agents)
- Maintain integrations with GoHighLevel CRM (multi-location), Zoom recordings + webhooks (with Whisper fallback for audio), Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Apps Script), and Make.com automations
- Ship Next.js (TypeScript) features end to end across Vercel + Railway: custom-coded workflow orchestration, API routes, admin UIs, cron jobs, backfill runners, replacing what other companies do in Zapier or n8n
What You Bring
- Real coding and development ability - you can read a codebase you didn't write, understand it, and improve it
- You use AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex, VS Code) every day as a core part of how you build, not just for research
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/Next.js, PostgreSQL (especially Row-Level Security), and webhook-driven integrations (Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and RESTful integrations
- Resourceful, detail-obsessed, and optimization-driven
- Ability to explain tech clearly to non-technical teammates
You don't need a CS degree - but you do need to know what you're doing. The ability to own complex systems and use AI to move faster than a traditional developer is what makes this role different.
The Details
- Location: Remote (9 am - 5 pm CT collaboration hours)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
- Pay: $14-$25/hr USD, hourly, bi-weekly payroll (top of range for highly qualified candidates)
