Join the Payroll Technology Team as a Business Systems Analyst, where you'll help shape payroll technology solutions supporting employees around the world. In this role, you'll partner with product owners and global stakeholders to drive system enhancements, improve user experiences, and support the future of payroll operations.
You will support global system enhancements by partnering and collaborating with the product owner to architect technical solutions and implement system configurations and developments. This role also provides exposure to German and global pay and tax rules that define the logic for employee pay processing and earned time-off programs. This position offers an opportunity to expand technical configuration capabilities while gaining exposure to global payroll operations, compliance requirements, and enterprise-scale technology solutions.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to develop well-designed payroll solutions that create value for the business.
- Lead or participate in discussions to define business requirements and system designs.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements that enable scalable payroll solutions and system improvements.
- Lead or support problem-solving efforts related to payroll production support and system enhancements.
- Resolve system issues and support escalations while minimizing business disruption.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system functionality to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Foster personal and team development by sharing knowledge and growing organizational capabilities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Payroll Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or in a similar role supporting payroll-related processes or systems.

Experience with system configuration, integrations, or technology solutions supporting business processes.

Experience building collaborative relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams while demonstrating accountability, ownership, and timely communication with stakeholders.

Flexibility to work across global time zones and in a multicultural environment.
What Will Put You Ahead

Knowledge of payroll systems with hands-on experience in SAP, ADP, and/or Dayforce.
- Understanding US payroll and tax policies
- Strong Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills with a demonstrated desire to learn system configuration/development.
- Experience in supporting global customers and working in Agile product teams
- In-depth knowledge of local payroll and HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with service ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn global payroll policies, rules and configuration.
