Responsibilities

Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, specialized code LLMs, and internal AI utilities for both front-end and back-end developers

Design and automate software lifecycle workflows with AI, including unit test generation, documentation generation, schema translations, pull-request summaries, and code-review assistance

Collaborate with DevOps to embed AI-driven analysis plus automated bug detection and linting directly into CI/CD pipelines to surface vulnerabilities and structural issues earlier

Serve as an internal consultant and evangelist by running workshops, producing prompt engineering guidelines for software developers, and defining best practices for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage

Track, quantify, and communicate developer velocity and efficiency improvements from AI initiatives, including lead time, coding speed, and team sentiment shifts

Guide engineering culture change by introducing disruptive technologies and coaching teams through adoption
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, Technical Lead or DevEx Engineer with a strong focus on developer productivity and emerging AI technologies

Working familiarity with React, TypeScript, Next.js plus back-end components such as APIs, databases, and microservices

Practical knowledge of VS Code, JetBrains, Git, and CI/CD tooling in modern IDE and delivery ecosystems

Proven interpersonal and coaching ability to introduce disruptive technologies and help engineering teams navigate change

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have

Hands-on work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Ollama

Background in fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups
