You will work closely with our Import/Export Specialist and Supply Chain team, learning about customs processes, transportation coordination, and international shipments.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily follow-up of import and export shipments.
- Monitor tracking numbers and shipment status to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate documentation with customs brokers and logistics providers.
- Assist in preparing customs documentation and shipment files.
- Schedule inbound and outbound transportation services.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
- Notify internal departments regarding incoming materials and shipment schedules.
- Monitor operations related to ports, airports, and transportation providers.
- Assist with logistics quotations and invoice follow-up activities.
- Maintain organized records and digital files related to import/export transactions.
Profile
- Recent graduates of International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Students in their final semesters are welcome to apply (it's needed to cover the full schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm)
- Previous experience in logistics, customs, customer service, or administrative support is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
- Proficient English (written and spoken).
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
