Position Title: Scheduling Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
A Scheduling Specialist takes calls from patients answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, listening to patients needs or issues and providing scheduling assistance, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
· Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. Escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
· Collaborate with other scheduling department professionals to improve customer service
· Help train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
· 100% English
· Ability to manage computers, Outlook, Excel, computer systems, etc.
· Strong communication, both written and verbal
· Great active listening skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
· A patient and empathetic attitude
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Adaptability and flexibility
· Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
· Computer literacy
· Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Independent Contractor hiring
· Bi-weekly payments
