Project: Quality 4.0 • Evaluation and Update of Bases to collect detailed data on Internal and External Rejections • Evaluation and Update of Bases to collect detailed data on Corrective Actions in their different categories (CA Int, CA Ext, CA Audit, etc.) • Evaluation and Update of Bases to collect detailed data on Supplier Rejections • Evaluation for transition from databases to SQL • Generation of Dashboard's (Power BI) - Graphics, trends, owners, cost (cost if applicable), etc. Project: Enhance Quality Culture/Internal Marketing • Implementation of visual administration regarding quality within the site • Implementation of weekly communications with topics related to Quality. • Participation in the generation of quality mini events within production cells • Development of evaluation and award activities for teams focused on the best quality.
