The bulk of duties will be conducting phone interviews with people associated with their cases or potential cases. Litigation is what we call the period after the case has started. Intake specialists are available to discuss workplace issues to start advocating right away. The team investigates claims and violations. Reviews and analyzes all documents in great detail for any violations against clients and determines whether there is anything barring clients from bringing a case.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls through lists
- Handle referrals
- Handle all incoming calls from Spanish speakers
- Handle inbound calls and transfer them if necessary to appropriate staff
- Create and send authorizations for personnel records and retainers to prospective clients
- Craft and send out declarations based on previously mentioned interviews prior to meditation
- Update various trackers and logs the firm uses
- Translate legal documents from English to Spanish.
Compensation:
- Gross monthly salary: $18,500MXN
- Food stamps: $800MXN/monthly
- Bonus: $730 weekly for perfect attendance
