We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a growing sales team in the renewable energy industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring every stage of the sales process runs smoothly.
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing leads, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales documentation, coordinating appointments, and serving as a bridge between sales, operations, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound leads and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information in the CRM.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Track sales opportunities and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Schedule and confirm sales calls, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries regarding scheduling, documentation, and next steps.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure the sales team has up-to-date presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Support communication between sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
- Experience working in B2C environments or industries such as home services, solar, roofing, construction, or energy efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as Zoho CRM) and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing customer information and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, roofing, construction, or clean energy industries.
- Familiarity with quoting tools, project management software, or field service platforms.
- Interest in improving sales processes and supporting operational efficiency.
