About the role
Arrow Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This position acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. This Inside Sales Representative will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help grow the business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting their compensation plan.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing account relationships by providing strategic service and support to your assigned customer base
- Managing the Quote to Invoice process – coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations, negotiate pricing and Quote mark up and notify customer of all/any price increases
- Providing excellent service to customers – submitting quotes in a timely manner, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, working with internal and external partners to procure product to fulfill orders, troubleshooting customer problems, staying connected with each customer on a regular basis
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Responsible for on-going sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process
- Drive internal meetings to coordinate efforts to accomplish customer delivery schedules
- Drive a meeting with the customer to provide solutions related to expedites, shortages, price disputes, quality issues, price discrepancies, and other concerns
- Other duties as assigned
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5 years of experience / Inside Sales
- Strong sales and negotiating abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving, to effectively navigate and address difficult and demanding situations, resulting in innovative solutions for customers
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills to effectively address price increases, conduct internal reviews, and support various activities essential to the customers business
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, AI tools
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$38,541.67 - $40,147.56 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
