BIM Designer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BIM Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and construction documentation for multidisciplinary projects. This role requires strong technical skills, collaboration with engineering and architectural teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and other BIM-related software.
- Produce accurate construction drawings, layouts, and documentation based on project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers throughout all project phases.
- Participate in model reviews and support the implementation of BIM best practices.
- Update models and drawings according to design changes and client comments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a BIM Designer, BIM Modeler, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam is a plus.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
