About the Role
The Fleet Delivery & Recovery Associate will be responsible for being field-based as part of the fleet management team, delivering vehicles to gig economy drivers and recovering vehicles from drivers who have fallen behind on their weekly payments. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of the fleet and ensuring that vehicles are in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle Delivery: Conduct the delivery of vehicles to gig economy drivers, ensuring that all documentation and delivery processes are properly followed.
- Vehicle Recovery: Execute vehicle recovery protocols for drivers who do not meet their payment obligations, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Vehicle Evaluation: Perform mechanical inspections of recovered vehicles to assess their condition and identify any damages that need to be reported or repaired.
- Collaboration with Workshops: Evaluate the condition of vehicles in workshops in case of incidents, working closely with mechanics to ensure that appropriate repairs are made.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries and recoveries, as well as evaluations conducted and any actions taken.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues that may arise during the vehicle delivery and recovery process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle delivery, or a related field is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics, with the skills to evaluate and diagnose issues in vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with drivers and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in the field and perform physical tasks as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
