CDL-A Driver Recruiter (USA Trucking Industry) | Remote | South and North America

We're looking for an experienced CDL-A Driver Recruiter who knows how to find, qualify, and hire professional truck drivers for the U.S. market.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire qualified CDL-A truck drivers for the U.S. market.
- Manage the complete recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build relationships with prospective drivers and maintain an active pipeline.
- Screen applicants and evaluate their qualifications, work history, and experience.
- Conduct interviews and present qualified candidates to the operations team.
- Ensure all driver qualification requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven experience recruiting CDL-A truck drivers for U.S. trucking companies.
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking industry and driver recruiting process.
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Knowledge of FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
- Experience completing driver qualification and compliance reviews, including:
- MVR
- PSP
- FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Employment Verification
- Driver Qualification (DQ) File documentation
- Other required pre-employment compliance checks
- Ability to assess driver qualifications and make sound hiring recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Preferred
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, tenstreet, or recruiting software.
- Experience recruiting through Facebook, Indeed, Driver Pulse, or other driver sourcing platforms.

Applicants must be located in North or South America and be authorized to work in their country of residence and speak Spanish and English.
