Bilingual Senior Account Executive – Advertising Sales
We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Account Executive to drive advertising sales across Mexico and the United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, experience in media or advertising is a plus, and a proven ability to sell advertising solutions to B2B clients.
What You’ll Do
- Sell advertising space and media solutions to brands and agencies across MX and U.S. markets
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers
- Identify new revenue opportunities and actively prospect potential clients
- Develop customized media proposals aligned with client objectives
- Lead negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close high-value deals
- Own and manage your sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of advertising products, media buying, or ad sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work with clients across Mexico and the U.S. (advanced English required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Results-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
