RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and oversee sales strategies, identifying target clients and establishing sales quotas.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing data and trends.
Implement the sales process and identify new leads.
Work closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Manage the sales team, ensuring they have the appropriate resources and tools.
Maintain direct contact with key clients and suppliers to resolve relevant issues.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
Provide management with information on customer service and satisfaction.
Establish tactics for customer service staff based on data and feedback.
Represent the client within the organization.
