Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee the onboarding and validation
of injection molding projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new injection molding projects.
- Ensure project deliverables are met according to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Validation and Compliance:
- Oversee the validation processes for injection molding projects, including qualification protocols.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry guidelines and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Team Coordination and Communication:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, quality assurance, and production staff.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including validation protocols, test reports, and change control records.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.
