We are looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets operations, ensuring strong financial controls, operational excellence, and compliance within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
As part of our Global Finance team, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations by:
Lead the Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets teams.
Oversee the full fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and physical inventories.
Ensure timely vendor payments and compliance with accounting policies.
Support month-end and year-end close activities.
Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Solid experience managing Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
Strong knowledge of depreciation, capitalization, and fixed asset accounting.
Experience leading accounting teams.
ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
Knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 16, is desirable.
Advanced English.
