Digital CRM Consultant (Salesforce) – Remote Mexico
We are hiring a Digital CRM Consultant with strong Salesforce expertise to join a global team working on enterprise-level CRM transformation projects across multiple industries.
Position Details
- Role: Digital CRM Consultant
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: 100% Remote within Mexico
- Salary: $80,000 MXN gross monthly
- Employment Type: Direct & permanent hire

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.
- Support transformation initiatives and operational improvement roadmaps.
- Work within Agile Scrum environments and participate in project planning activities.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or CRM Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- CPQ (Apttus/Conga)
- OmniStudio
- Experience in business analysis, solution consulting, and project management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or payments.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
