As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
How the day will look like
As a Benefits Analyst, you will support the administration of employee benefit programs for our clients and play a key role in process improvements, renewals and change initiatives. You will:
Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and clients, offering clear and timely information and coordinating resolutions as needed.
Support and guide Benefits Processors by acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalations, complaints, and corrective actions, ensuring they are managed proactively through to closure.
What makes this opportunity different?
In this role, you will be a key link between operations, client service and technical teams:
You will manage a broader scope than a pure processing role, with responsibility for analytics, change management, and process improvement across 10 to 40 global clients.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (Client Service, Broking, Configuration/System teams, Benefits Processors) and gain exposure to complex, multi‑country benefit programs.
You will develop skills in governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, building a strong platform for future growth within Aon.
