Manage and follow up on the site’s training system by identifying training needs, updating skills matrices, controlling evaluations and certifications, and monitoring compliance with training plans, ensuring the traceability of personnel competencies and the availability of reliable information for operational decision-making.
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps across different job positions through the analysis of operational performance, supporting the definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the training system. Support HPS initiatives related to competency development, contributing to strengthening personnel capabilities in alignment with the principles of the site’s training system.

Collect and track role-specific required competencies by managing skills certification checklists and monitoring compliance with established proficiency levels.

Support the development and tracking of training plans by coordinating with trainers and process owners to execute scheduled activities and reporting progress or deviations.

Update and maintain personnel skills and competency matrices, ensuring proper documentation of certifications, recertifications, and competency levels.

Provide support in the creation and updating of theoretical and practical assessments, ensuring that formats and content are aligned with current operational standards. Manage and prepare training materials before each session, verifying that content is up to date and maintaining version control of training documents.

Record and document the results of evaluations and certification processes, ensuring traceability of information within the training system. Generate periodic reports on personnel skills status and training progress, providing visibility to leaders and the Training Coordinator to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, Electrical, Civil, Mechatronic, or related field) or in an administrative field.

Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
