Technical Scope & Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Development: Engineering of bespoke automation cells from concept to final commissioning (FAT/SAT).
- Motion Control & Robotics: Advanced trajectory programming and kinematic configuration for Stäubli, Epson, and ABB manipulators.
- Control Logic: Development of structured control code within Siemens (TIA Portal) and Beckhoff (TwinCAT) environments.
- Hardware Integration: Selection and interfacing of fieldbus components, I/O modules, and peripheral devices.
- Process Applications: Implementation and optimization of vision-guided robotics (Cognex/Keyence), DC-tooling (tightening), dispensing systems, and laser marking integration.
- Documentation: Technical specification of BOMs and system architecture validation.
