You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and process improvements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy is suggested.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements effectively.
Support the documentation and communication of process improvements and system designs.
