Our program offers a tailor-made experience and development path within Retail, enabling you to craft your journey into Leadership. The fast-track program is a unique opportunity to dive into our Manufacturing and Supply Chain universe and business challenges. The selected graduates, recruited with a permanent contract, will follow a 24-month journey that will include rotations across a vibrant and stimulating Retail ecosystem. The rotations will take place in our 4 stores in Mexico City including some training time at our Corporate Offices.
We're looking for passionate talents in the early stages of their career who aspire to become Retail Leaders and thrive in a fast-paced, diversified and challenging environment. • Minimum of 2 years in retail/hospitality/service and any client experience. Be fashion- forward and have passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish is a most. • Eligible to work in Mexico (specifically in Mexico City) • On site for duration of the program (24 months)
