We’re looking for a Sr. Specialist- Front Office Risk Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager Technical Analysis. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver scalable financial solutions that power capital markets globally.

Partner with clients to understand business needs and turn them into practical capital markets solutions.

Configure and deliver scalable system solutions that align with industry best practices.

Collaborate with global teams to design, test, and implement high-quality solutions.

Support clients across project phases, from design to go-live and beyond.

Identify improvement opportunities and help enhance product capabilities and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–8+ years of experience in capital markets, consulting, or financial technology.

Proven ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence decisions.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Experience working in collaborative, global environments and familiarity with financial systems or tools.

Experience across asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities.

Knowledge of risk management concepts (market, credit, liquidity).

Experience working with software delivery or implementation projects.
This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
