We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our Time and Expense tracking applications.
In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of timekeeping and expense tracking capabilities that enable professionals to streamline their workflows and make well-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and harness cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver industry-leading solutions across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Responsibilities

Contribute insights and ideas that advance the vision for timekeeping and expense tracking within our Accounting and Embedded Finance products

Partner with the Senior Product Manager to shape the roadmap and long-term vision for timekeeping and expense tracking capabilities across key customer segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise), prioritizing initiatives in line with broader product strategies

Identify and refine high-impact features that enhance timekeeping and expense tracking workflows

Take full ownership of selected timekeeping and expense tracking features throughout the product lifecycle — from discovery and design through delivery, stakeholder adoption, and continuous iteration

Explore new integration partnership opportunities that support the timekeeping and expense tracking roadmap, overseeing the product definition and requirements needed for successful integration

Proactively engage with customers, internal teams, and industry partners to uncover user pain points, identify opportunities, and validate proposed solutions

Translate strategic priorities into actionable user stories, manage the backlog efficiently, and ensure the timely delivery of measurable outcomes

Define clear success metrics for your product area and leverage data-driven insights to guide prioritization, enhancements, and iterations

Work closely with the Business Analyst assigned to your projects, providing direction, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business priorities

Partner with engineering, design, and other functions (marketing, sales, customer success) to deliver cohesive solutions that elevate customer satisfaction

Stay up to date on emerging trends in SaaS, AI, and legal tech to ensure our timekeeping and expense tracking capabilities remain best-in-class
Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS or technology-driven company, with a demonstrated ability to build products that empower workflows and decision-making for professional users

Background in developing SaaS timekeeping and expense solutions, passive time capture, and AI-assisted time entry

Proven track record of driving product success from ideation through delivery, backed by measurable outcomes such as increased user adoption, retention, revenue growth, or customer satisfaction

Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4 to support data-informed decisions and rapid iteration

Strong communication skills, with a natural talent for aligning cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders in a persuasive and inspiring manner

Relentless customer focus, particularly when it comes to simplifying complex workflows or delivering seamless experiences for professionals navigating intricate processes

Passion for innovation and genuine enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of practice management, reporting, and dashboarding solutions

Solid understanding of AI-driven product development, including familiarity with tools such as Claude, V0/Vercel, Replit, and Figma

Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
