Role Description.
This is a full-time on-site role for an QA located in Tijuana, Mexico. The QA position interact with upper management levels, ensuring that customer service meets or exceeds client expectations, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with established protocols.
As a QA, your key responsibility is to ensure the quality of calls from agents. This proactive approach is essential to maintaining a seamless production process and facilitating successful project development. Your responsiveness and expertise contribute directly to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Qualifications
QA Skills:
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Effective listening
- Experience evaluating calls
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Call Center experience is a must.
