We are looking for a Systems Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will shape the technical foundations of complex, cross-cloud initiatives and guide the engineering teams toward coherent, scalable outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to align architectural vision with business goals and emerging technology practices.
Responsibilities

Take full ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across both engineering tracks

Design enterprise-grade AWS and Azure network connectivity to support cross-cloud operations
-
Define the security architecture along with identity integration approaches for the overall solution

Lead technical coordination efforts with Network, Security, and Platform teams to keep initiatives aligned
-
Establish architecture standards for Terraform and Terragrunt to guide infrastructure-as-code practices
-
Review solution designs and provide mentorship to engineering teams to raise design quality
-
Advance AI-assisted engineering best practices across development activities
-
Produce architecture documentation and maintain technical decision records for transparency and traceability
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience
-
Minimum of 2 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
-
At least 1 year of experience leading a team of no fewer than 5 employees
-
Participation in a minimum of 2 full-cycle projects, or involvement across several projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle

Strong background in enterprise AWS Networking, including Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, and Direct Connect

Hands-on experience with Azure Networking, covering Hub-Spoke, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoint, and Private DNS

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory for enterprise identity management

Applied experience with HashiCorp Boundary for secure access to infrastructure
-
Confident use of Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure-as-code delivery

Solid background in Enterprise Identity and Access Management practices
-
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and Docker for containerised workloads
-
Experience with architecture governance and design documentation practices

Strong technical leadership and architecture ownership skills

Ability to manage stakeholders and drive effective cross-team collaboration
-
Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Daily use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development

Experience introducing AI-assisted engineering practices within teams
-
Understanding of LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering techniques
-
Practical experience integrating AI into engineering workflows
-
Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have

Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise and the GitHub Actions Runner platform for CI/CD operations

Experience implementing Enterprise PAM or Zero Trust platforms for privileged access and secure architecture

Awareness of MCP servers and AI automation tooling for advanced AI-enabled workflows
