Activities / Responsibilities:
1. Follow up and closing activities of the different checklist of new product introductions.
2. Ensure that the staff of operators and technical operators is complete in accordance with customer forecast.
3. Ensure all your staff has the necessary certifications to develop different Centauro Project operations and generate the DNC's necessary to achieve an adequate level of versatility.
4. Programming vacations, rest breaks or other absences and make the planting of resources to ensure the operation of the project.
5. Fundamental Systems:
- Keep holding 5s score of 90% minimum compliance in each project.
- Audits HMLV 90%, Zero Jobs over 30 days.
- QCP monitoring and audits 90% to 90%.
- LPV implemented and measuring OEE. Achieving implementation of Labor at 90%.
- OTP measurement and compliance of 90% minimum.
6. Methodologies:
- Keeping track of the metrics and graphics 4Qs in absorption, downtime, efficiency (OEE), staffing, turnover, productivity, root Cause, etc… Documented formats, making the whole plant to standardize
7. Resources:
- Management project resources of each template having 100%
- Management of human resources in DL and IL Production floor of IAPPP 4Qs monthly.
- Management of resources according to priorities to meet production targets at 100%.
- Comply with 100% of the monthly production plan achieving an efficiency of 95%.
- Correcting processes to obtain the quality of the product at 100%, as well as 100% efficiency.
- Getting DL has the commitment and authority to stop the process after detecting anomalies and ensure correct processes.
- Getting secure areas incapacitating 0 days at the IMSS.
- Getting IL stop and correct processes to detect anomalies. Ensure that IL has the commitment and authority to stop the process after detecting anomalies and correcting processes to achieve.
- Evaluate their staff 2 times in the fourth.
- Present 2 projects of improvement in the year.
