We are looking for a strong Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining and evolving cloud-based infrastructure that supports business-critical operations. You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and well-automated environments.
Responsibilities

Provision virtual machines in the GCP cloud platform, install required software, and configure the Windows operating system and networking components

Develop Terraform and Puppet modules along with PowerShell scripts to support infrastructure automation and configuration

Actively triage incoming bugs and resolve them based on priority levels

Provide daily status updates to management on support tickets reviewed and addressed

Deliver daily support, maintenance, and documentation of infrastructure components

Collaborate closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure smooth operations

Monitor, track, and report on application health and availability metrics

Contribute to automation initiatives, with the ability to learn Worksoft Scripting Automation if no prior experience is available

Drive and resolve complex issues involving multiple systems, teams, and technologies

Perform Worksoft installation on Windows servers and provide ongoing maintenance on the GCP platform
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

At least 3 years of relevant development and infrastructure experience

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and UNIX shell for automation and system administration tasks

Hands-on experience in network or Linux system administration and troubleshooting

Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible for managing infrastructure at scale

Production experience with Linux and Windows administration in Google Cloud or another cloud provider

Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)

Programming experience with one or more scripting languages such as Python or Go for building automation tools and supporting infrastructure operations
