Have a deep understanding of scrum, agile, agile principles and methodologies.
Have previous experience with Jira and Confluence or similar software tools.
Be able to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict through their working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, to deliver solutions with minimal direction and guidance from manager and under stress in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to create a working agreement with the team and hold the team accountable to that agreement.
Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal contexts in a fashion tailored for the audience.
Be adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
Be highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation, and documentation techniques within a project.
Be able to coach their team through the process of delivering a product or service as well as motivate and inspire the team, provide clear direction, and remove any obstacles that may be preventing the team from achieving their goal.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
