We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic and polished professional to join our team in Mexico City. This position is focused on premium showroom client experience, sales support and relationship management within the design, architecture and luxury retail sector.
This is not a call center position. It requires face-to-face client interaction, consultative sales skills and experience working with high-end brands or discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with retailers, architects and interior designers.
- Deliver exceptional in-person client experience in our showroom.
- Provide tailored product quotations and follow-up.
- Oversee order processing, logistics and shipment coordination.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and order documentation.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up.
- Present collections to professional clients.
- Conduct after-sales follow-up calls and emails.
- Represent the brand at trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with the production team.
- Prepare reports and research documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 experience in:
- Luxury retail
- High-end showroom sales
- Premium client service environments
- Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with architects, designers or premium brands (preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and methodical.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and team-focused.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Genuine interest in lighting, architecture or design.
