The Role:
You won't be cold-pitching random buildings or explaining vague “value.” You’ll be calling high-probability commercial properties identified through aerial imagery, storm-impact data, and leak-likelihood indicators.
Over half of commercial buildings have active leaks — your job is to uncover that need and convert it into a scheduled inspection.
What you’ll do:
- Make 130+ outbound calls/day to targeted commercial properties
- Use satellite imagery, hail data, and simple diagnostic questions
- Identify likely roof issues and transition naturally into booked inspections
- Update CRM notes accurately
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs
- Join daily coaching sessions to sharpen your skillset
This is intel-driven outbound, not random dialing.

Compensation:
MX$311,000 - MX$913,000 per year
- Uncapped commission + a base salary of MX$311,000
- On target annual earnings MX$913,000, with the top 10% earning as much as MX$1,200,000+
