Responsibilities

Develop, sustain, and elevate EPAM’s partnership with Microsoft in North America by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning with the global Microsoft team and EPAM’s multi-cloud strategy

Design, implement, and support the North America go-to-market strategy for Microsoft in collaboration with Cloud SMEs and the marketing team

Partner with Business Unit leaders, sales teams, technical experts, and marketers to create actionable growth plans and fuel new pipeline opportunities

Work closely with EPAM’s solution experts to develop innovative offerings and accelerate growth at key accounts

Achieve and exceed partner program KPIs by ensuring the successful execution of joint business plans, including driving partner-initiated and partner-influenced revenue

Curate and spotlight success stories through customer case studies to reinforce the value of EPAM’s Microsoft partnership

Represent EPAM at Microsoft and industry-specific events in partnership with sales and marketing teams

Manage the partner deal registration process and maintain up-to-date knowledge of criteria and evaluation standards for Microsoft engagements across the region

Collaborate with the North America Microsoft and global cloud teams to present annual and quarterly plans and results to EPAM’s senior leadership

Organize and lead quarterly business reviews with Microsoft partners by region
Requirements

At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel ecosystem

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or alliances, with a focus on the cloud space; Microsoft-specific experience is an advantage

At least 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 20 employees, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills

Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product or key product capability to the market

Demonstrated expertise in a solution integration or partner-driven sales environment, with a proven ability to drive business outcomes

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively

Strong organizational abilities, including pipeline management and process optimization

Proven relationship management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships

Solid understanding of marketing strategies and business development initiatives within a technology ecosystem

Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent time management and follow-through on commitments
