We are looking for a dedicated, passionate teacher that has the ability to create a safe learning environment, as well as someone that can work collaboratively in a team with a positive attitude.
The Preschool English Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster children's language acquisition, curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth while supporting the mission and values of Marymount School.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in preschool or early childhood education.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C1 level or higher preferred).
- Teaching certification and/or ESL certification is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children in a collaborative school community.
Abilities:
- Positive attitude towards the teaching-learning process.
- Planning and organization of educational content.
- Conflict management, negotiation and persuasion with adolescents.
- Assertive, oral and written communication.
- Classroom management skills including group control.
