About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSFMC Email Tech Developerto lead the development and optimization of dynamic email and mobile communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, driving innovation, scalability, and efficiency across marketing automation initiatives.
You will play a key role in building robust customer journeys, enhancing personalization, and improving overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, build, and test email communications using Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions

Design and implement scalable, multi-channel customer journeys

Write and optimize SQL queries for data management and segmentation

Develop dynamic, data-driven emails and landing pages using AMPscript, SSJS, and APIs
-
Serve as a subject matter expert across SFMC tools and capabilities

Collaborate with marketing and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure best practices in email development, personalization, segmentation, and deliverability
-
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC and campaign execution
-
Maintain and evolve modular email template frameworks for reusability and consistency

Conduct code reviews and support documentation and knowledge sharing

Monitor deliverability and rendering performance using specialized tools

Drive innovation in email design, automation, and customer communication strategies
Required Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
-
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Strong experience with AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions

Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects

Familiarity with Mobile Studio and mobile messaging integrations (preferred)

Experience with Agile methodologies or project management tools (preferred)

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
Technical Skills

Strong expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and segmentation

Experience with APIs, SSJS, and dynamic content development

Knowledge of email deliverability, testing, and optimization best practices

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Advanced English proficiency (required)
