Overview
We are seeking a high-impact FP&A; CoE Lead to support the design and execution of a centralized FP&A; operating model across the Americas. This role will play a critical part in building a scalable Finance Center of Excellence (CoE), driving reporting standardization, process optimization, and business partnership excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive standardization of reporting, planning processes, and data structures
Partner with OpCo Finance Directors and OpCo Business Controllers to align on performance management and reporting requirements
Support development of a reporting inventory and rationalization roadmap
Implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and insight generation
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance forums
Build and embed ways of working for a hybrid FP&A; model
Support onboarding and capability development of new FP&A; team members
Track risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across the transition roadmap
Qualifications
5–10+ years in FP&A;, Finance Transformation, or Business Finance
Experience with shared services or CoE models
Strong stakeholder management across regional and local finance teams
Proven track record in process improvement, automation
Advanced data and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, financial systems)
Ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment
Fluency in English
