About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and fully bilingual Freelance Content & Community Manager to drive our organic content execution and daily community engagement.
In this 100% remote freelance role, you will be the voice of our brand(s) across social media channels in both English and Spanish. Beyond traditional community management, you will also provide operational support for our SEO strategy. You do not need to be a deep technical SEO expert, but you must have the curiosity and foundational knowledge to support on-page optimization, track organic metrics, and help build thematic content clusters.

What You Will Do
Content & Community Management
- Planning & Execution: Plan monthly content calendars and write highly engaging, brand-aligned copy for multiple social networks in both English and Spanish.
- Publishing & Moderation: Schedule posts (primarily Facebook & Instagram), manage direct messages, respond to comments, and appropriately escalate sensitive cases.
- Creative Coordination: Coordinate with the design team to review artwork and ensure visual assets match the content strategy.
- Reporting: Generate basic weekly performance reports, identify actionable insights, and track community interactions using spreadsheets.
SEO & Thematic Authority Support
- On-Page Optimization: Support basic on-page SEO tasks, including updating metadata, headers, and internal linking.
- Content Clusters: Collaborate in building and maintaining thematic content clusters to build brand authority.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor basic organic traffic and search positioning metrics.
- AI/Search Alignment: Identify opportunities to reinforce thematic authority and presence in traditional search engines and AI platforms (AEO/GEO), ensuring social content aligns with the broader SEO strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- Language: Fully Bilingual (Exceptional written communication skills in both Spanish and English are strictly required to adapt brand tone across markets).
- Experience: Proven prior experience in community management, content marketing, and daily social media operations.
- SEO Foundations: You understand what a content cluster is, how basic organic performance is measured, and the concept of thematic authority.
- Operational Discipline: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing repetitive tasks, content calendars, and spreadsheets.
- Adaptability: Ability to comfortably switch between different brand voices/tones, work with multiple accounts, and actively apply feedback.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Semrush or similar SEO tools.
