We are seeking a Lead Scrum Master (RTE) to lead large-scale Agile delivery, ensuring alignment, transparency, and ongoing improvement across the organization. You will operate as the Release Train Engineer for complex programs, coordinating PI Planning, risks, metrics, and stakeholder expectations using Jira. Responsibilities

Act as RTE for 17-20 teams (250-300 people) using Agile methodology and scrum practices

Lead and facilitate PI Planning sessions end to end

Identify, log, communicate, and escalate risks as needed
-
Stay deeply engaged in the team’s and project’s day-to-day activities
-
Clear blockers and coach the team to remove impediments
-
Gather, analyze, and report on metrics
-
Run key meetings and ensure they are effective and outcome-driven

Control scope and partner closely with product owners to keep the backlog healthy

Manage stakeholders and align expectations across groups

Ensure customer satisfaction

Address conflicts and issues promptly as they arise
-
Guide the scrum team toward higher levels of scrum maturity

Deliver coaching and training to the team when needed

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at different organizational levels
Requirements
-
Extensive RTE experience managing 10+ teams with complex dependencies; 5+ years in comparable large-scale delivery roles

Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Clear sense of ownership and accountability with a collaborative team-player approach

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

Strong ability to adapt quickly in changing environments

High self-motivation and focus, even amid distractions

Sharp analytical skills with the ability to think quickly

Proven ability to prevent, surface, and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings

Deep understanding of techniques to address gaps within the Agile/Scrum framework

Demonstrated experience applying successful Agile techniques

Working knowledge of Jira

Proficiency in AI

Advanced English proficiency (C1+), including strong written and verbal communication
