Location: Remote (LATAM) Duration: Through March 2027 (long-term contract)
We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems while contributing across the full stack in a modern technology environment. You’ll take ownership of complex features and projects with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, long-term engagement.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot (primary) and Python/Django.
Build and enhance full-stack features with React on the frontend.
Work with modern technologies including Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, and MongoDB.
Own multiple projects end-to-end, ramp up quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
Contribute to build and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient releases.
What You Need
5+ years of strong experience with Java / Spring Boot (primary) and Python / Django building scalable backend systems.
Solid full-stack exposure including React, Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB.
Proven ability to own multiple projects, ramp quickly, and deliver independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with build and deployment processes and pipelines.
