Duties:
- Manage support team
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor network performance and security
- Test and integrate better monitoring tools
- Build CRM and internal systems for better documentation and management
- Test and review OS and Hardware to ensure best options
- Build PC’s and look at automation
- Document support activities and maintain knowledge base
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Troubleshoot complex audio-video client equipment, makes repairs, and communicates plans to project leaders, clients, and client customers.
- Manage inventory of repair/replacement parts including the recording of serial/model numbers, ordering of new parts, and returning of defective parts.
- Travel onsite for customer installations
- Project Manage onsite installation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with computer networking, including LAN, VPN, and firewall configurations
- Experience with building desktops, hardware solutions, installing components and peripherals
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in desktop support or a similar role is preferred
