Job Description
• Performing inspect processes and procedures and ensuring good health and safety practice • Updating and creating new risk assessments • Investigating accidents and complaints and determining if there has been a breach of health and safety law- coordinating occupational medicine (control and periodic examinations) and assessing exposure factors at workplaces • Investigating precautions taken to prevent industrial diseases • Keeping up to date with new legislation and health and safety standards • Providing training and educational support to employers and new or trainee employee, coordination periodic training • Providing specialist advice and information on health and safety to businesses and organizations and advising on changes required • Writing reports on results of inspections and investigations and completing detailed paperwork • Coordinating the organization and participate in quarterly health and safety committees • Developing health and safety working programs and policies • Preparing data and reports to external institutions such as Central Statistical Office and ZUS • Acting as a mentor for HSE Inspector(s) • Offering new HSE solutions for new circumstances • Skills • Relevant experience in the field of Health and Safety • bachelor's degree or equivalent (Health and Safety, Environmental or administration preferred) • completion of studies enabling performance of the duties of occupational health and safety service- practical knowledge of Polish labor law, health and safety regulations • very good written and spoken English (B2) • knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel; Power Point) • experience with HS software (at last 1 year) • very good communication skills • excellent organizational and time management skills • Nice to have - experience in the field of payroll and HR administration would be an asset • Design and deliver employee wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle; • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and develop tailored wellness solutions; • Coordinate wellness activities, events, and workshops for employees; • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis; • Provide resources and information on wellness best practices to employees; • Stay current on wellness trends and research to enhance program offerings.
