Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant or Accounting Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience or knowledge in payroll systems, and strong English communication skills. This role supports financial operations, ensures compliance, and contributes to accurate reporting and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Support payroll operations, including data entry, calculations, and compliance with applicable regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data
- Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders, vendors, or international teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred)
- Familiarity or experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in accounting or payroll
- Knowledge of local tax and labor regulations
- Experience working in a multi-national or English-speaking environment
