Objetivo del puesto:
Diseñar, desarrollar y garantizar la calidad pedagógica, editorial y didáctica de materiales educativos impresos, digitales e híbridos, asegurando su alineación curricular, pertinencia académica, innovación metodológica y valor para docentes y estudiantes, mediante una gestión editorial eficiente, colaborativa y apoyada en herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:
Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos
Esenciales/Excluyentes:
Educación/Escolaridad: Licenciatura en áreas afines al puesto: Educación, Pedagogía, Humanidades, Comunicación, Edición, o similar.
Experiencia de tres años en la edición de libros de texto.
Dominio de normas gramaticales y ortotipográficas.
Experiencia deseable en docencia y/o diseño instruccional.
Experiencia en trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos editoriales complejos.
Conocimiento profundo del proceso editorial de materiales educativos.
Conocimiento de planes y programas de estudio.
Familiaridad con tendencias pedagógicas actuales.
Gestión de proyectos editoriales y trabajo en paralelo.
Manejo de paquetería Office.
Uso funcional de herramientas de IA aplicadas a la edición y gestión de contenidos.
Inglés nivel B1–B2 deseable (lectura y análisis de contenidos).
Pensamiento estratégico y planeación.
Pensamiento crítico y capacidad de análisis.
Comunicación clara, efectiva y asertiva (oral y escrita).
Trabajo colaborativo y construcción de relaciones.
Sensibilidad educativa, cultural y enfoque en el usuario (docente y estudiante).
Enfoque en calidad, mejora continua e innovación.
Capacidad de adaptación al cambio y aprendizaje continuo.
