AMG Supervisor
- Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem-solving
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions
- Develop and lead high-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high-performing production environment
- Experience & Education: 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience; Automotive Tier 1 and exposure to safety-critical environments preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, production KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY), quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO), and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans), with familiarity in shop-floor systems and data analysis
- Additional Requirements: Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset, with English proficiency (written and verbal)
