OT Engineer (Corporate) | Industrial Cybersecurity & IT/OT Integration
Location: Monterrey, N.L. (Hybrid Work Model)
Are you an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Engineer looking to make an impact in a global corporate environment? We are hiring an OT Engineer (Corporate) to drive the convergence, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks of our industrial operations globally.

ROLE PURPOSE:
Lead the design, deployment, and governance of OT industrial networks, automation security, and IT/OT integration standardizing systems across all global manufacturing facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee OT cybersecurity compliance, industrial network architecture, and risk assessment strategies across production sites.
- Lead IT/OT integration projects (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, Purdue Model) implementing robust cybersecurity protocols (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST).
- Perform vulnerabilities evaluations, threat management, and incident response in industrial control systems (ICS).
- Standardize corporate policies for operational technology hardware, network switches, firewalls, and remote access.
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver infrastructure upgrades and technical audits.
- Willingness to travel internationally for global site deployment and audits.
CANDIDATE PROFILE (REQUIREMENTS):
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in Industrial OT, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Industrial Cybersecurity.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in IT/OT convergence, industrial networking protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus), and security frameworks.
- Language: ADVANCED / FLUENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY (Full professional fluency for global stakeholder interaction).
- Travel & Documentation: Valid Passport and US Visa required (Ready for international business trips).
