Outbound SaaS Account Executive for JOY AI (Remote)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will help build our outbound sales process from the ground up.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with influencers, YouTubers, podcasters, business owners, and industry associations.
Researching and identifying qualified prospects.
Generating your own leads through outbound prospecting.
Cold calling, cold emailing, and using social media outreach.
Running discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Handling objections, following up, negotiating, and closing deals.
Using CRM tools to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Sharing customer feedback and market insights with the founding team.
Helping test and improve sales messaging, outreach strategies, and closing processes.
This is an early-stage startup role, so you must be comfortable taking initiative, testing new strategies, solving problems, and building systems from scratch.
Who You Are:
You are persistent, competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup environment where the sales process is still being built.
Experience Required:
Must be fluent or native-level in English.
Must have direct B2B SaaS sales experience.
Must have outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience.
Must have cold calling and closing experience.
Must be available during US business hours.
Must be confident running demos, handling objections, and asking for the close.
Must be comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
Experience selling to small businesses, home service companies, or field service businesses is strongly preferred.
Experience with CRMs, sales automation tools, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or AI platforms is a plus.
Competitive Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary of $1,000 per month + uncapped commission on new recurring revenue.
- High performers can earn $30,000 – $42,000+ in Year 1 through commission accelerators and milestone bonuses tied to company growth.
