What a typical day will be like.
Design and implement IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) to standardize processes and decision-making. Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS). Proactively conduct audits and remediate gaps. Risk Management: Work on managing reported IT risks (cybersecurity, data breaches) and develop mitigation strategies, including disaster recovery plansPolicy Enforcement: Create and enforce IT policies for security, data management, and vendor governance. Performance monitoring: Track KPIs (system availability, compliance rates) and report governance effectiveness to managers.
Quality Assurance Obligations.
QA Strategy: Develop and implement QA policies and procedures for IT systems and software. Test Supervision: Lead system integration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. Defect management: Perform root cause analysis of defects and implement process improvements to reduce future problems. Continuous improvement: Establish defect reduction programs and quality reporting metrics
Skills and experience that will lead to success.

You must have a completed bachelor's degree, 100% completed credits (Graduate).

Language: Advanced English.

Experience: Technical expertise: Data governance, risk management, auditing, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR), and QA methodologies.
Leadership and communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage change.
Analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills in risk assessment and quality improvement.
